We cater to a diverse range of industries, such as health & wellness, hospitality, food & beverage, real estate, and fashion & beauty, on both regional and international scales. We provide a unique approach to each project and a tailored experience to each client. Driven by the power behind storytelling, we develop and transform brands through our specialized services to achieve a lasting impression in their respective fields and towards their audiences.

Founded in 2010 by our CEO Mary Rego, her goal in creating TBC was to harness collective talent and inspire others by delivering a comprehensive branding experience that achieves disruptive results. As a female and minority leader, with a Cape Verdean and Portuguese background, she is dedicated to empowering other minorities and women to find their voice and success in the industry. TBC’s objective is to provide and constantly develop integrated branding and marketing solutions by pushing the envelope of continuous growth and efficiency within a full brand experience.

Mary Rego

President & CEO

At the helm of the Brand Collective, Mary Rego leads one of the 0.1% of creative agencies owned by women. With almost three decades of experience, she has consistently pushed the boundaries of branding, business development, creative design, and experiential media, delivering innovative solutions that have garnered the agency a roster of some of the world’s most iconic brands including The Four Seasons, Tiffany & Co, Hublot, Dom Perignon, Moet & Chandon, Playboy, and more. Recently recognized as a “Woman to Know in Florida” by KNOW Women, this award recognizes her dedication to reshaping the future for women in creative fields and championing female entrepreneurs like herself.

Recognizing the gap between brands and designers, she has evolved The Brand Collective alongside a talented team into a hub of creativity and innovation with a dynamic way of working – one that emphasizes genuine relationships, deep involvement in our partner clients’ success, and a creative approach to overcoming challenges together. Her innovative vision has been widely recognized, earning awards from renowned institutions like International Awards Associates, the Webby Awards, and the American Advertising Awards.

Mary is deeply committed to growing businesses and brands owned by women and minorities, as well as nurturing diverse talent in the creative field, recognizing the need for greater opportunities, success and visibility for underrepresented voices. In honoring her Cape Verdean and Portuguese heritage, she looks to expand the agency’s mentorship, training with design students and brand collaborations throughout countries in Africa, including Cape Verde.
