A new project in the Downtown Miami area is in the center of a redeveloping area, Soleste Grand Central boasts over-the-top amenities and dynamic interiors inspired by New York’s Grand Central Station. When creating the branding for this project, our goal was to bring the theme to life, incorporating vintage elements from New York Grand Central while simultaneously bringing it to modern times.
DESIGN
Mimicking the exceptional amenities of this feature project, we wanted to bring the theme to life for this project and pulled inspiration from the architecture, colors, and feeling of the commuter rail station while giving it some Miami flair. We incorporated arches and green accents throughout the brand identity and patterns as an ode to walking through Time Square Station; arches are also present in the main lobby of the property. While creating the signage for the property, we had a unique as the project was located near the I-95 where millions of people drive through each day. With this in mind, we created visually impactful signage and banners which resulted in the property being 100% leased within the first 60 days and increasing visits to the website.
