Project Overview
Our team once again had the pleasure of working with cartoon media company, 9 Story Media Group on their annual Kidscreen Summit after party.
This year’s “Cloud 9” themed event called for an iconic Miami venue full of opulence and glamour. Our goal was to transform their usual over-the-top party into an elegant affair fit for their VIP clients. The answer? An evening in the former Gianni Versace mansion, of course.

EVENT MANAGEMENT
Upon entering the beautifully adorned Villa, guests were greeted by living statues holding golden trays of prosecco. To play into the Cloud 9 theme, each glass of prosecco was garnished with a cloud like cotton candy pouf. Guests mingled in the beautiful courtyard of the villa until dinner was served, as announced by a Roman-style gladiator performer. Guests were ushered over to the iconic pool terrace where spectacular surprises awaited.
EVENT PRODUCTION
The TBC Events Team transformed the infamous Versace mosaic pool terrace into an elegant candle lit lounge with surprise entertainment at every turn. Cloud shaped pillows adorned ornate gold couches and guests dined and danced until the wee hours of the night. To play into the Cloud 9 theme, each glass of prosecco was garnished with a cloud like cotton candy pouf. Guests mingled in the beautiful courtyard of the villa until dinner was served, as announced by a Roman-style gladiator performer.
